Our laboratory plays an essential role in Lavo's expertise, as it is responsible for quality control, enhancing classic formulas and developing new ones. No effort is spared to ensure consistent quality in both the formulation and packaging of our products.

PRODUCTION

We do all we can to ensure that our facilities continue to be at the leading edge of technology. To integrate our business processes, we have acquired JD Edwards' ERP software system.

Our new, ultra-modern, 130,000-square-foot plant in Montreal's east end is equipped with the latest production systems that combine flexibility and speed. This is just one way we are working to take the lead and to greatly increase our ability to respond effectively to future demand.

We also have a plant in Toronto and have established a strategic alliance with a manufacturer in Western Canada, making it possible for us to better serve our customers across Canada.

The just-in-time system means we can guarantee good product turnover. We also have teams working in manufacturing 24 hours a day to maximize production.
