My name is Serge Plante and I've worked 41 years for LAVO, holding the position of Assistant Operator on line 1. I've been lucky enough to have had different positions in my career as a student, forklift operator, operator, assistant in the bottling department and in the plastics department. I really enjoyed my experience and my work: the team spirit, the colleagues I met and above all because you make your own family at LAVO. You feel safe and you know that the people around you are taking care of you.
I'm Johanne and I've been working at Qualipak for almost 25 years. I started out as a Packer and progressed through the roles of Flexible, Quality Control, Quality Technician and for the past year I've held the position of Production Technician. What I appreciate in my job is the communication and mutual support between colleagues, as well as problem-solving to improve overall efficiency. At Qualipak, I learned how to work with a computer, and thanks to this experience I was able to discover how much I enjoy using computer systems and develop new skills.
