Strategically located in the Laval industrial park in Quebec, it occupies an area of 80,000 square feet. A key feature of Qualipak is its extensive production capacity, which includes 21 production lines. This production flexibility, combined with high-quality BEKUM machines, enables Qualipak to respond efficiently to its customers' needs.

The heart of Qualipak's expertise lies in the extrusion blow-molding process, used to manufacture a diverse range of plastic bottles. These bottles have capacities ranging from 60 mL to 20 L, which means the company can meet a multitude of capacity requirements. The plastic materials used for manufacturing include HDPE for the most part, ensuring great adaptability to customers' specific needs. Our raw materials are sourced from certified and recognized suppliers, guaranteeing exceptional quality and compliance with expected standards.

Over the past few years, the Qualipak team has improved its environmental practices to obtain certification as an eco-responsible company from the Sustainable Industries Council. PCR (Post-Consumer Resin) resins have been added to the manufacturing process, and a team is working to make our processes more sustainable.
